Kristanna was on the mood to take her usual midnight walk and decided to go to the beach. She smiled feeling the cold sand touching her feet as the wind blew into her hair. She had herd that something strange had happened few days ago and she wondered about what it could be. She walked by the water admiring the moon the water was really good. She thought a few moments about swimming in the water and decided to do so.
So she dove in her clothes still on. She didn't care since she was going to dry when she'd walk back home and enjoyed the good time she had in peace...

Ron strolled slowly through the sand, his feet sinking in slightly as he walked, basking in the light from the moon. As much as he had despised the fact that they were stuck here, he had to admit that the island had its good qualities. After all, there were no beaches at Hogwarts, and he rarely ever had the money to visit one.
Suddenly, there was a splash, and he turned just in time to see a girl dive into the water, fully clothed. She didn't look familiar... Did the island have natives? Probably, he thought with a small grin, wondering why he hadn't thought of that before. He sank down onto the cold sand, letting it sift through his fingers as he watched her silently.

Kristanna continued to swim around smiling to herself. The water was really good. She dove a few times again when she spotted a shadoe along the beach who seemed to stare at her. She rose an eyebrow and walked over to the shore. She slowly stood up and walked over to it since she was getting curious and wanted to know what it was.

Ron caught himself staring, purely out of curiosity and looked away, pretending to be interested in one of the old shipwrecks on the edge of the shore. Or, he assumed it wasa ship wreck, atleast. After all, how else could all of those boards and pieces of wood have floated ashore to the same part of the beach? Continuing to study the wood and sift the sand, he took no notice as the girl climbed out of the water and started towards him.

Once she was near him she could see it was a boy with strange clothes. She raised an eyebrow and wondered about if they spoke the same language. She decided to take the risk and talk first. " Who are you?" she asked on her guard thought since she didn't remember about having seeing this guy.

Startled, Ron jumped as he turned to face the girl, his hand halfway into his robes to pull out his wand. Once he spotted the girl, however, he relaxed and squinted up of her. "Me?" he asked stupidly, pointing to himself, not realizing that he was the only one around. Who else could she have been talking to?

Kristinna stared at the piece of wood he was holding in his hands and looked at it. " What's that?" she asked looking at it carefully." and yes you. " she said still staring at the strange thing.

Ron followed her gaze and found himself staring at his wand. Stupid, stupid, stupid. She was probably a muggle; what was he thinking, pulling it out like that? He stuffed it back into his pocket and glanced up at her again. "Nothing. Just a stupid piece of wood." he lied, in what he hoped was a convincing manner... after all, he hadn't ever been too talented at lying. That was usually Fred and George's strong points.
"And I'm Ron. Who are you?" he asked bluntly, frowning. Hadn't Dumbledore told them that they would be alone? Why would he have taken them here, if there were muggle natives around in the first place? The whole thing was a bit too confusing, really.

Kristanna frowned when he grabbed back that piece of wood. " I'm Kristanna Turner and Why would you pick up a piece of wood like if it was a weapon?" she asked crossing her arms on her chest. Everything was so weird now and people thought that she was crazy to create new things. Wait till she was going to tell them that a boy used a piece of wood like if it was a weapon it didn't have any sence she thought.

Ron shrugged, trying to think up a quick excuse for his less-than-normal behavior. It probably looked a bit weird, whipping out his wand--not that she knew what it was, of course-- like it was... what was that thing Dad had told him about? Oh, right. A gun.
"You wouldn't understand." he said after a few moments, having come up with literally no good excuse. And, with his response, he didn't even lie. It was true; she really wouldn't understand.

She wouldn't understand?! What the hell was he thinking. She was one of the most brilliant around them and no one understand her." I bet I would you think I'm what? a nut?" she asked kind of insulted by what he just had sait to her. If she hated something it was certainly when people said things like that to her. She started to regret her walk and still had her arms crossed on her chest.

Had he done something wrong? Merlin, it was 2 seconds into the conversation and already, he'd said the wrong thing. That was definately a new record, he thought grimly, even taking into account the conversations he had with Hermione.
"A nut? No, not much, really." he said, shaking his head and looking slightly confused. "I'm the one sitting here in a robe, with a piece of wood in my pocket. I think, in your eyes, that'd make me the nut, wouldn't it?" he asked.

Kristanna looked at him up and down . She had to agree with that fact actually he was wearing weird clothes and using weird expressions to describe this black thing. " So it's called a robe?" she asked curiously. " And I have to agree you look kind of odd with that why are you wearing these kind of clothes? Are you the only one wearig that?" she asked.

Ron nodded slowly, running his fingers through the sand at his sides, looking down instead of up at her. "Yeah, it's a robe." he said, pulling at one of the sleeves. "And, no, I'm not the only one wearing this. You see... when we came here, we didn't think there were any locals..."

Kristanna looked at him still. " I see, well there are. There's a small place where people live not so far from here." she told him smiling. She looked up the sky watching the stars a few moments and then back at him.
