Hermione made her way towards the waterfall that she had found the other day. She climbed over some rocks and logs that blocked her way. She loved being on this island. It was just like a vacation for her.
A smile graced her face as she neared the waterfall. She stripped down to the swimsuit she had managed to bring and dove into the water, enjoying the cool temperature. She swam over to the waterfall and dove underneath it, coming back up behind it. She looked around the same cove area and smiled, knowing no one from the outside would see her there.

Harry, still wandering about the island in search of something new (although everything was knew) stumbled upon a waterfall. The scene was majestic and just as calming as the rest of the island. He walked around, surveying the area with interest. He was debating whether or not he should get in for a swim.

Hermione came up slightly from under the water and noticed Harry walking around. She smirked and dove back under the waterfall, waiting for him to come in so she could scare the living daylights out of him.

Harry finally decided to get in. He got down to his shorts and waded into the water, a bit wary of leaving his wand behind but he didn't quite have anywhere to put it. He swam out into the middle and slowly neared the waterfall. The cool water felt good as it was a rather hot day.

Hermione ducked under the water, noticing him in the water now. She got as close to the bottom of the river as she could and swam over to him, tugging at the bottom of his shorts as she managed to keep herself underwater, holding her breath.

Harry gasped and quickly grabbed his shorts. He hadn't thought about the fact that he would go under the water once he stopped moving his hands. When he was under, he turned around defensively and glared when he saw Hermione, resurfacing. No matter how mad he acte, he couldn't help but laugh a bit at the fact that this was Hermione. She was probably the last person he would expect.

She swam up to the surface and howled with loud laughter "I scared you didn't I?" she asks teasingly, pulling her best friend into a hug "I just had to! It was sooo funny to see your reaction!"

Harry laughed and pushed Hermione playfully. "I would expect this from Ron," he teased, grinning from ear to ear. He had never seen Hermione in such high spirits. It was a bit strange...

She rolled her eyes "Well if you don't want a happy Hermione Granger then I could always be snappy attitude Hermione Granger" she says teasingly

Harry grinned and said, ""No, I think I've seen quite enough of that one," jokingly. "That's only interesting when the object of her aggression is Ron." He smiled and swam backwards, backing away from her a bit. "How are you doing?" he asked. Apparently she was just fine but he wondered what had put her in this mood.

She smiled, swimming around some as if deciding on her answer "I'm perfectly fine" she says smiling brightly at her friend "Isn't it obvious?"

Harry smiled. "Yeah, it is," he said, nodding. "What happened?" he asked her. He hoped she wouldn't get mad at that question but he was so curious as to what could have put her in rare form like this.

She shrugged "Might be the fact that I have a boyfriend now" she says smiling at him as she dove under the water and swam under the waterfall, coming back up in the two person sized cove

Hary gave her a confused look as she swam away, pausing before what she said had clicked. He took off after her and, when he resurfaced, asked, "What?" It took him a moment to realize what she had said. Ron would be crushed...

"I have a boyfriend now. Lance Carter...he lives here on the island but I'm not sure how long its going to last what with us returning soon and I have to keep hiding the fact that I'm a witch from him then theres the feelings I have for Ron in the way"she says sighing
